Question 1

What is the difference between SaaS and Dedicated?

Accepted Answer

For zcrLog, SaaS provides cloud log retention according to the selected package; Dedicated VM isolates resources for your organization. zcrOT offers an annual bundle with a Collector or a one-time appliance bundle including year 1. Your partner confirms retention and sizing for the deployment.

Question 2

Do I need to pay for Maintenance (MA) on Cloud plans?

Accepted Answer

zcrLog SaaS and Dedicated VM subscriptions include package maintenance, updates and support. zcrLog appliance MA is 15% per year after year 1. zcrOT appliance MA starts in year 2 at 30% of the net package price: THB960,000/year, excluding VAT. zcrOT SaaS includes support within the agreed scope.

Question 3

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Plans can be expanded through your approved partner, who confirms the new scope and price. VM or appliance upgrades may require migration or extra hardware. VM configurations and additional zcrOT Collectors are quoted for the project.

Question 4

Is there an installation fee?

Accepted Answer

zcrLog Cloud offers self-service onboarding. On-premises installation and configuration for zcrLog, zcrSIEM and zcrSOAR are quoted separately through your partner by actual scope. Both zcrOT bundles include integration and commissioning within the agreed scope.

Question 5

Is there a discount for buying annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where a price is quoted per month (zcrLog SaaS and Dedicated VM, zcrSIEM, zcrSOAR and zcrCTEM), buying annually is 10% off the monthly price × 12 for the 12-month term. Use the Monthly / Annually switch above the prices to see the annual figure. zcrLog, zcrSIEM, zcrSOAR and zcrCTEM prices include VAT. zcrOT bundles, OT maintenance and the annual starting price of zcrX exclude VAT. Neither OT nor zcrX receives this annual discount.
