MSP & MSSP Partner — Sell Managed Security on zcrSIEM
Become a zcr MSP partner: sell, deploy and run security for your customers from one multi-tenant console with five layers of tenant isolation. No SOC needed.
What is an MSP?
An MSP (managed service provider) is a company that runs IT for its customers on an ongoing basis and charges a monthly fee instead of selling one-off projects. Typical work is looking after servers and networks, patching, backups and helping users when something breaks, so the customer does not need a full IT team of its own.
What is the difference between an MSP and an MSSP?
An MSSP (managed security service provider) focuses on security: collecting and analysing logs, watching for unusual activity and telling the customer when something needs attention. Many MSPs move into MSSP work because their customers start asking about security; what they usually lack is a platform for monitoring multiple customers from one console.
As a zcr MSP partner, who does what?
You own the customer: you design the packages and set your prices, deploy, monitor, handle cases and bill the customer yourself. We run the zcrSIEM platform in the cloud and keep the detection rules up to date. Cyber Defense does not sell direct; every deal closes through a partner.
Do I need to build my own SOC first?
You do not need to build a platform or run servers. One zcrSIEM console shows all your customers, and each customer sees only its own data. What your team needs is people to monitor and respond to cases for your customers. This one-console model runs on the cloud packages; a customer that needs an on-prem deployment gets a separate installation of its own.
